Suger free carrot cup cakes:
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 chopped carrot
- 8 tablespoons of flour
- 4 tablespoons of grinded linseed
- 2 tsp. of cinamon
- 6 tsp. of wipped cream
- 1 tsp. backing powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- stevia
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix them together. After you mixed everything properly put the mixture in a little cup cake tray.
- Heat the oven to 180 °C and bake the cup cakes for about 10min.
Sweet chocolate cup cakes:
Ingredients:
- 250g flour
- 3 tbs. chocolate powder
- 2 tsp. backing powder
- 1 egg
- 90g sugar
- 1 pack. vanilla sugar
- 280ml milk
- 150g chocolate flakes
Instructions:
1.Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together. After you mixed everything properly put the mixture in a little cupcakes tray.
2.Heat the oven to 150 °C and bake the cupcakes for about 20 min.
