Chocolate cake without flour 🎂

Ingredients:

  • 300g butter
  • 400g chocolate (70% cacao)
  • 8 eggs
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 tip of a knife ground bourbon vanilla 

You also need:

  • 1 pinch of cinnamon, 1 pinch of ground cardamon or/and 1 pinch of ginger bread spice
  • For the decoration: a few chillies or crushed red peppercorns

How to:

  1. Frothy the eggs with the sugar while the chocolate and butter melt in a water bath
  2. When they are melted mix the vanilla and the other spices into it
  3. Let it cool onto ca. 35°C but it has to be liquid 
  4. Lift it under the sugar mass
  5. Fill in a cakeform (diameter 28cm)
  6. Put it in the to 190 ° C preheated oven
  7. Bake for 18-24 minutes 
  8. Let cool – finished

Cardi B is an American rapper and TV personality. Her real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar. She was born on October 11, 1992 in the Bronx, New York City.

Almanzar was born in 1992 in the Bronx, New York, the daughter of a Trinidadian mother and a Dominican father. She grew up in Highbridge, a neighborhood in the Bronx. As a teenager, she worked in a supermarket in Lower Manhattan, which was her last job before she started working as a stripper. She says she started stripping to escape poverty and it had a positive effect on her. In 2013, she began to gain attention through her viral videos, which she posted on Instagram and Vine. Almanzar derived the stage name “Cardi B” from the rum brand Bacardi. Her friends called her “Bacardi,” but after her Instagram accounts were deleted under that name, Cardi B was born.
Almanzar has been married to rapper Offset since September 2017. Their daughter was born on July 10, 2018. In early December 2018, Almanzar announced on Instagram that she had split from Offset.
In March 2019, a video was posted in which Cardi B admitted to having invited men to a hotel room during her time as a stripper, drugged them and then robbed them. The video quickly spread on social media. Cardi B defended her behaviour at the time, arguing that her ‘behaviour at the time was necessary to survive’

She rose to fame in 2015 as an actress in the reality format Love & Hip Hop: New York. At the beginning of 2016, she left the series to start a music career. On March 7, 2016, Almanzar released their first mixtape Gangsta Bitch Music, Vol. 1. In September of the same year followed the album Underedimated: The Album, an album produced by the KSR Group in collaboration with Almanzar, Hood Celebrity, SwiftOnDamand, Cashflow Harlem and Josh X.
On January 20, 2017, the second mixtape Gangsta Bitch Music, Vol. 2. At the end of February, Almanzar announced that she had signed her first record deal with Atlantic Records. She was nominated for Best Newcomer and Best Female Hip-Hop Artist at the 2017 BET Awards in May. With the release of the single Bodak Yellow, which was released in June 2017, she achieved a commercial success. The song reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 in October 2017 and number 24 in the UK.
In January 2018 Almanzar released the remix single Finesse in collaboration with Bruno Mars, two months later the single ‘Be Careful‘ was released. On April 6, 2018, she released her first studio album Invasion of Privacy. It immediately reached number one on the Billboard 200.
In 2018, Time magazine listed them in its annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world.

Easy recipes

Main courses:

Noodles:

  • pasta
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tomato
  • bacon
  • 1/4 onion

Put the pasta, tomato and bacon in a pan and sauté occasionally.

Pizza:

  • 450g flour
  • different herbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 yeast cube
  • herbs and pepper and salt
  • 1/2 packet of tomato sauce
  • salami
  • 3/4 packet rub cheese

Put the flour with a bit of oil, the herbs, salt, pepper in a bowl. Then dissolve half the cube of yeast in the cup of water. Knead everything well and put in the fridge. Season the tomato sauce with pepper, salt and herbs. Roll the dough well on the plate, add the sauce and cover with salami and cheese.

Noodle casserole:

  • pasta
  • vegetables
  • vegetable stock
  • cream
  • flour
  • cheese

Cook the vegetables in a sauce of vegetable stock, cream and flour, then sprinkle with the pasta in a cassarole dish and spinkle with cheese, then bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Fruity buttermilk shake:

  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • fruits of the season (no kiwi or pineapple (will be bitter))

Cut the fruits into large pieces and puree them together with the buttermilk.

Rice pudding with raspberries:

(for three persons)

  • 1 liter milk
  • 250 g rice pudding
  • 1-2 spoon sugar
  • 300-400 g raspberries

Heat milk and rice pudding and let the sugar in a saucepan simmer for about an hour with a small flame, stirring constantly (caution burns quickly). Depending on your preference, the raspberries could be served cold or warm, you can also take cinnamon and sugar.

Applecake:

(for the dough)

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 level teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 spoon milk
  • ca. 750 g apples

Mix the ingredients (except the apples) until a smooth dough has formed. Now add the apples, which have been cut into centimeter pieces, and mix them as well. Fill the dough into a greased springform.

(for the crumbles)

  • 75 g sugar
  • 75 g butter
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100 g flour

Mix these ingredients with the blender to crumbles. Spread the crumbles on the dough in the springform and bake the cake at 175-200°C in the oven for 55-60 minutes.

Strawberry curd:

  • 250 g curd
  • 500 g yogurt
  • 250-500 g strawberries (like you want)
  • 1-2 spoons sugar

Cut the strawberries into small pieces and blend them with the curd, the yoghurt and the sugar. You can keep the strawberry curd cold in the fridge for warm days.

Holiday Park

The Holiday Park is a big theme park in Haßloch (Rheinland-Pfalz). It was opened in 1971 and was 40 hectares big. 2017 it had 630.000 visitors. 155 permanent employees work in the park throughout the whole year.

The Holiday Park has 3 rollercoasters, 18 high- and round rides, 2 water slides, 4 theme rides and many more. In the park, the first Free-Fall-Tower and the first Rapid River in Germany were build.

With the sale to the Belgian company “Studio 100”, the Holiday Park has been transformed into a theme park. The original mascot was a parrot named Holly. With the change of the owner, many other mascots were introduced, for example, Biene Maja, Wickie, Heidi, Tabaluga…

Every year diffrent shows take place in the park, for example, the water ski show on the 30.000m² Holiday-Park-Lake.

I like the park, because you can spend the whole day there and you can have lots of fun with your friends and your family there.

A chocolate sausage 🍫

Ingredients:

  • 180g chocolate
  • 100g butter
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 8 marshmallows
  • 150g biscuits

How to:

  1. Melt the chocolate and the butter (max. 40°C)
  2. Put the egg and the sugar in the melted chocolate
  3. Crush the biscuits and the marshmallows
  4. Put the chocolate-butter-biscuit-marshmallow-mix on a piece of aluminum foil
  5. Make a ‘sausage’ (or roll)
  6. Put it in the fridge for 6 hours
  7. Roll it in a bit of sugar
  8. Cut it like a real sausage

Many of us at least once dream of being in the country of their dreams. Some want to go to America, some to Mexico, some to China, I want to go to South Korea.

My passion to this country awoke unexpectedly. To be honest, before I wasn’t really interested in this part of the world.

I began to get interested in Korea through Asian cinema, or rather Korean dramas. These are television series, usually of 16 – 20 episodes in various genres. One of my friends told me to watch a drama and I so did. Well, of course what else do we need? Girls, this is a beautiful story with a happy happy end. (😝🍒) I found a great site where there’s just a huge selection of not only Korean but also other Asian TV shows, it was amazing! I have been in this pool for more than two years, during this time I watched about two hundred dramas, and I still watch some TV shows, because they’re so interesting. The cinema is different from the usual cinema we watch. Well, somehow I felt it. А lot of perspectives, a lot of details, a lot of attention is paid to the appearance of the characters. In South Korea the culture of pure skin and beauty.

K-pop is very popular in Korea, but it has already spread to other countries around the world. Korean performer’s clips collect a large number of views. The most popular group that everyone knows is called “BTS”. I have known about BTS for a long time, but didn’t listen to their music. In the end, one of my russian friends gave me a song to listen to. The clips are bright and beautiful and the Koreans are amazing! Therefore, I want to move to Korea even more.
