Main courses:
Noodles:
- pasta
- 1 egg
- 1 tomato
- bacon
- 1/4 onion
Put the pasta, tomato and bacon in a pan and sauté occasionally.
Pizza:
- 450g flour
- different herbs
- salt
- pepper
- oil
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 yeast cube
- herbs and pepper and salt
- 1/2 packet of tomato sauce
- salami
- 3/4 packet rub cheese
Put the flour with a bit of oil, the herbs, salt, pepper in a bowl. Then dissolve half the cube of yeast in the cup of water. Knead everything well and put in the fridge. Season the tomato sauce with pepper, salt and herbs. Roll the dough well on the plate, add the sauce and cover with salami and cheese.
Noodle casserole:
- pasta
- vegetables
- vegetable stock
- cream
- flour
- cheese
Cook the vegetables in a sauce of vegetable stock, cream and flour, then sprinkle with the pasta in a cassarole dish and spinkle with cheese, then bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Desserts:
Fruity buttermilk shake:
- 500 ml buttermilk
- fruits of the season (no kiwi or pineapple (will be bitter))
Cut the fruits into large pieces and puree them together with the buttermilk.
Rice pudding with raspberries:
(for three persons)
- 1 liter milk
- 250 g rice pudding
- 1-2 spoon sugar
- 300-400 g raspberries
Heat milk and rice pudding and let the sugar in a saucepan simmer for about an hour with a small flame, stirring constantly (caution burns quickly). Depending on your preference, the raspberries could be served cold or warm, you can also take cinnamon and sugar.
Applecake:
(for the dough)
- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 2 level teaspoons baking soda
- 1 spoon milk
- ca. 750 g apples
Mix the ingredients (except the apples) until a smooth dough has formed. Now add the apples, which have been cut into centimeter pieces, and mix them as well. Fill the dough into a greased springform.
(for the crumbles)
- 75 g sugar
- 75 g butter
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 100 g flour
Mix these ingredients with the blender to crumbles. Spread the crumbles on the dough in the springform and bake the cake at 175-200°C in the oven for 55-60 minutes.
Strawberry curd:
- 250 g curd
- 500 g yogurt
- 250-500 g strawberries (like you want)
- 1-2 spoons sugar
Cut the strawberries into small pieces and blend them with the curd, the yoghurt and the sugar. You can keep the strawberry curd cold in the fridge for warm days.
