Story

Hi, I have to tell you a funny story, which I experienced a few years ago. So, on an evening when I was slightly drunk I made a bet with my friends. They wanted me to go into the Buckinham Palace and I had to talk with the Queen for one minute. The next morning I had already regretted it, but gambling debts are indebted. My friends gave me a week for the bet. After two days I had a great idea. I was watching TV and on the news I suddenly saw a picture of David, the Queen’s cousin. I found myself going to the Palace. I told my friends and then the next day I pretended to be David. After I passed the guards without problems I wlaked around the Palace for five minutes until I found the Queen’s room. I woke the Queen up and we talked. After she had ordered drinks, suddenly the police came and arrested me. Of course, my friends ran away. Because I broke into the Palace I had to pay 1000$. I was really lucky.

Plogging! Not just good for you, also good for the environment!

Have you ever heard of Plogging ? No?! Well then it’s about time!

Plogging is a new fitnesstrend form Sweden. The sport is pretty simple: While you go for a walk or a run all you need to do is pick up trash along the way. This is not just good for the environment* it’s also very good for you. While your bending over to pick up plastic bottles or other sorts of trash, you use all kinds of muscles in you upper body and of course your legs while your jogging to collect the trash. This new trend is being followed by many people around the world. It’s even more fun to do it in groups and make a competition out of it: The person with the heaviest trash bag, at the end of the run, wins!

So why don’t you try it? You want to be healthy, fit and helpful to the environment, well then Plogging is the perfekt sport for you. Find some friends to come along and see who is the most help to the environment!
