Ingredients:

• 4 soaked rolls
• 3 tbs. flour
• ⅛ l. milk
• 2 eggs
• honey
• cinnamon
• 250g pitted cherries

1. Pressen the rolls well and shred the mass.
2. Mix the flour, milk, eggs, honey and cinnamon with the mass.
3. Add tue cherries.
4. Heat butter or oil in a Pan and add the dough in form of small flat bread.
5. Bake it golden-brown from all sides.

• 200g yummy chocolate (maybe more cacao then other )
• 80g brown cane sugar 
• 1 tip of a knife ground bourbon vanilla 
• spices that you like, for example, 1 pinch of cinnamon, 1 pinch of ginger bread spice or 1 pinch of kardamon
• for the decoration: lavender, flower sugar, cacao, speculators spice or hazelnut syrup

You need too:

• 4-5 tall glasses
• Later: fresh whole milk

How to do:

1. Melt the chocolate in a warm water bath (max. 40°C)
2. Mix the sugar and the spices into the milk (the sugar can be a little bit granulared)
3. Paint the glasses with a brush very thick with the chocolate mix
4. Let it dry
5. Foam the milk hot
6. Pour the milk into the finished glasses
7. You can spoon the warm chocolate or you can drink the coco after you stired it
8. If you want, you can decorate it with colorful sprinkels, flowers, pearls or exotic spices

I’m from Colombia, but I live in Germany. Colombia is about three times bigger than Germany and the biggest city is Bogotá, the capital. Last time I visited, my dad brought my brother and me downtown Medellín, where we were born. It’s the second biggest city in all of Colombia. We went to the market and there, we got some guarapo. It’s a drink made from water, fresh sugarcane, lime and ice cubes. The sugarcane juice is the liquid extracted from pressed sugarcane.

• 2 eggs
• 130g softened butter
• 100g white sugar
• 70g brown sugar
• 1 pack vanilla sugar
• 130g flour
• 100g oats –> pulverize the oats
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1/2 tsp. backing soda
• 1/2 tsp. backing powder
• 150g different types of nuts
• 100g dark or milk chocolate
  • crush the nuts and the chocolate

First mix the butter, sugar, eggs till you get a thicker masse

Put oats ,flour ,salt , backing soda ,backing powder into the egg mixture and mix well

Put the nuts and the chocolate 🍫 to the dough and mix it on last time , not too much though

Make walnut-sized balls with a tablespoon and bake them at 180°C for 12-15 minutes
